About Tellico Lodge
This Tri-story, 3 bedroom/2 bath (plus office) 1752sf home is nestled on a private, wooded, almost ½ acre spot. Two rooms feature King beds, and the 3rd room has 2 Twin XL beds. The office acts as overflow with an airbed if needed (pass-thru Master Suite to access). No neighbors, just nature to keep you company. Enjoy the sounds of birds chirping, while sipping coffee out on the large covered Deck. You may view some wildlife such as deer, fox, wild turkey and many other creatures coming through the woods and onto the property. There is a fire pit out back (I’m thinking Smores), please respect the Village and keep the fire to a minimum. There is also a Ping Pong table down in the partially finished walkout basement. Board and card games and a coffee bar. New washer and dryer. The WiFi is fast! You'll have no issues working remotely, doing online school or streaming your favorite shows. The 58" smart Roku TV in the living room offers all the popular streaming services (you'll have to sign into your account). The Master suite also has a 42” Roku TV for your viewing pleasure.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the garage which is locked for owner's storage, a closet in the master and a room in the basement. The morning of check-in, you will receive a 4 digit entry code via text or email. This will gain you keyless access to the front door. Please park on the upper curved driveway. The other driveway is steep, use at your own risk. 😉
Other things to Note
Tellico Village is AMAZING!!! Whether you are young or just young at heart there is so much to do here. Walk, swim, hike, golf, boating, fishing, jetskiing, kayaking, floating, great restaurants and shops. Lake and Yacht Club are less than a mile away!! Three fabulous golf courses within the Village. Tanasi is 2 miles away, Toqua 5 miles and Kahite is about 15 miles away. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains are 1.7hrs away. Only 30 minutes to Turkey Creek, Knoxville’s Premier Shopping venue. It's all here. You can relax in the private wooded setting without having to go camping and 'rough it'.
